Lunchtime hill repeats

Lunchtime session with Tony and Mark.

From work over to and across Wormwood Scrubs Park, then hill repeats.

We planned on running 10 hill repeats sets, however my calfs were still sore from weekend larking about with Alex, and the previous nights Ridlins Session

I gave up at 5 sets, as my right calf was starting to blow up and I also needed to be back in the office for a meeting at 2pm. (The other guys stopped at 8, so I didn’t feel too bad).
