Lunchtime 10K

Same run as yesterday, 30sec quicker but for some reason Garmin telling me it was about 80 kcal more today. Heart rate only about 2bpm higher.

Shall investigate at some point.

May be psychosomatic but legs not aching as much as I would expect. Probably too soon to put it down the Extreme Endurance after only 24hrs.
