Monday night track session at Ridlins. Cycled down and back. Warm up. Main session was 5 times 200m with 30 sec rest followed by 5min rest, then another 5 times 200m with 30 sec. Cool down.
First athletics track session for several weeks. Pyramid run, 800m, 600m, 500m, 400m, 300m, 200m and 100m. Painful but productive.
