Week consisted of two 10k runs and two turbo sessions. One turbo session was a CTS FTP test with my new power meter.

Turbo Session CTS FTP test

First cycle session with CycleOps Powercal Power meter, so to get a baseline decided to do the FTP test from the CTS book I have Time Crunched Triathlete. TL;DR 239 Watts
