Lunchtime 10K

Run with Mark as Tony was off. Planned on gentle run, but ended up running at 8min/mile pace. Very windy and cold, at one point the wind almost stopped us in our tracks.

Turbo Interval Session

Evening turbo session intervals. Warm up gently for 5 mins. 15x 30 seconds max effort with 60 seconds rest. 10 mins cool down.

Snowy run, so rather than risk a fall on the pavements opted for a run through the park.
