Slow long run to start the week. Wormwood Scrubs park was a little damp so we decided to run round not through it.

8 Mile Lunch #1

Slightly longer distance and a new distance record of 8 Miles or 13km. Feeling fresh after the weekend with little on, so pretty good and done at a gentle-ish pace for 1h10.
