17K long run

Paced run, trying to keep my HR in zones 2 and 3.

If I had been thinking straight when I left, I would have done the first half in zone 2 and second half zone three for a negative split. Ho hum. 

PB for 15km of 1:22:19, although as my last, and first, effort involved a toilet stop, not hard to do. New distance record to boot.
