Lunchtime 10K that wasn’t

Went out for a 10K run, first run since Friday and my hamstring in my left knee had been feeling tight.

A few days of and it seemed to recover, however when getting to the first hill, I wasn’t feeling too good, so decided to run back along the canal on the 5km route rather than complete the 10km intended.

Noticed that we were going a bit faster than normal, so it may have been that and nothing else, but better safe than sorry.
