Turbo Session – Intervals

Work has prevented me from getting out at lunchtime for the last week or so. Lindsey nearly decided not to go to her Zumba class, but after some convincing she want allowing me to get a session in.

15x 30 sec max effort with 60 second rests, after a warm up, followed by a cool down whilst watching the last season of Breaking Bad.
