Turbo Session

Lindsey out for Zumba class at the community centre, hopefully this will be a regular thing, giving me a regular Tuesday night turbo session.

Quick warm up followed by 15 times 30sec full beans with a  60sec recovery, cool down.

Forgot to start the watch on the warm up and Lindsey returned home during my cool down, otherwise would have carried on for a bit more.
